You will operate four business units: New Cars, Used Cars, Repair Shop and Parts Shop. Performance in all of these units is interconnected – how do you optimize profitability across the business? What are the best sales staffing and marketing strategies? How do control cash flow in a fast moving retail distribution business, where inventory levels are extremely sensitive to seasonal demand variations?
You compete against other human teams (multiplayer) and up to 3 virtual competitors: Velox Inc., ClassAuto Inc., and SuperCars Inc. Business success will be measured by the increase in market value for your company, based on profitability.
