Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Team Manager Business Simulation challenges participants with a variety of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion-related issues while managing the profitability of a business – because HR matters don’t happen in a vacuum, they happen during the course of everyday operations!

The simulation has been used in a number of leader development programs across the world, and seeks to encourage deep discussion around some of today’s important business questions.

Participants are presented with a series of HR-related scenarios via short video, each with four possible responses based on the Radical Candor   (Kim Scott) framework. Feedback and additional resources provide discussion points for robust debrief sessions.
