Allie is the author of several books on learning style theory and brings an awareness of the power of experiential learning to our design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA, and has served in marketing and business development roles for a number of organizations.
Managing Director – Europe
Guenther has more than 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing including management positions in the telecom and energy sectors. He studied business administration at the University of Cologne.
Performance Consultant USA
Dan is a Certified Performance Technologist and well-known for his outstanding learning design and facilitation skills. He serves as our lead facilitator for our business simulations and business acumen programs.
Digital Commerce Manager
Xenia is responsible for Digital Commerce. Fluent in Russian, German, and English, she completed various projects in accounting and project management while pursuing her degree at the State University of St. Petersburg and at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
Director Custom Solutions
Ameya is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management and brings over a decade of developing custom solutions to our global customers. Managing our business in Southeast Asia and APAC, he previously worked as an IT consultant.

Thomas has been working in IT for more than 25 years in a variety of industries and projects, primarily with an academic publisher.

Jean Pierre has extensive experience in the global hospitality industry including more than 25 years in senior financial management roles. He serves as our resource for hospitality simulations, particularly in EMEA.

Bob spent many years in senior sales and business development functions. He developed advanced training programs to improve Sales Capability and is currently engaged in developing business skills among sales and marketing teams in Canada.

Antonio is CEO of BankRisk Educational Group, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and provides subject matter and facilitation expertise in banking and the financial sector. Antonio has served as vice president at Citibank, MD Manufacturers Hanover Trust and as treasurer of Rabobank.

Christina has ten years’ experience in the learning and development industry with a specialized focus on simulations and experiential learning. With a Bachelors’ in Economics from Wake Forest and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, Christina manages our network of partner facilitators and resellers.
