Both IndustryPlayer and IndustryMasters are based on an interactive real-time multi-player technology. Like in the real economy, the participants are competing against each other in industries which evolve dynamically, depending on the decisions of all players. In real-time, the participant see the impact of their decisions to the bottom line.
Our approach is simple.

Tycoon Systems is a software company focusing on the development and marketing of business education technology. 15 years ago, our founder Thomas Lehnert has developed his first business simulation CABS, with the vision of providing an experience-based learning environment for business education. From this vision, Thomas and his team have created IndustryPlayer and IndustryMasters, used by many thousands of business students across the globe.
Our Team
Thomas Lehnert
Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Tycoon Systems. He is also Co-Founder and CTO at Radios AG Frankfurt, a leading provider of corporate valuation software.
Thomas has started as a simulation modelling analyst on a number of consultancy projects.
Projects include a research program on corporate simulations and various international projects with leading blue chip companies. During the last 17 years Thomas has developed some of the best-selling and award winning simulation software. His software is used by many large enterprises and more than 100 universities.
Martin Maiburg
Martin is the Marketing and Sales Director of Tycoon Systems and runs the European Office.
A fifteen year professional background in international marketing, has lived and worked in Germany, France, Spain, Ghana and UK. Master of Economics, University of Freiburg.
Experience includes key account management, the re-positioning of products and brands and turning production driven companies into marketing oriented companies.
Bryan Rimmer
Bryan is Director of MBA & Executive Education for Tycoon Systems.
With over 15 years experience as a lecturer and consultant in Finance, Strategy and Marketing, he specialises in teaching financial concepts to "non-financial" managers, explaining complex financial concepts in a simple and down-to-earth manner to managers at all levels.
He has delivered executive education programs at major business schools, including the London Business School and Erasmus RSM, Rotterdam, as well as training thousands of executives around the world on corporate management development programs. With a background in manufacturing, sales, marketing and general management, he brings a vital practical view to support client objectives at Tycoon Systems.
